Proposed from Bláfjöll road to Rjúpnadalshnjúka and ridden by Húsfellsbruna lava (lava) at the foot Sandfell Selfjalls and the trail leads to Lækjarbotnar. Go over a little lava tail and down to Trout Poland and from there into the old sky-signaling pathways. From the beginning of the path and way down in Lækjarbotnar is the way that most of the old (probably) sheep path that is well fjallahjólafær. We line the road (east Sandfell) takes the dirt road for a while until the back is go to obscure the sheep path. We Lækjarbotnar is pretty tight, winding path down to the Trout Polli. The rest is so fairway and goes to a step system Heiðmörk. Fine flow in this way, though turf maddens chapters and some challenging obstacles. Offered a wide variety soon as the first part (the Heiðmörk) uncrowded.

A really good trail. Some short part with sharp stones. Recommended for all mtb cyclists. From hardtail to full suspension bikes. From beginners to experts.
