I am new to the park but, from the signage marking each of the loop's fifty-six trail segments, it's one way.

most of the trails labeled blue are actually green, and those green trails are just flat, like a walking trail. the blue trails are just pump tracks, but the berms are so frequent that it is not possible to get any air due to lack of and landing space and speed. great pump track though. the blue trails are all generally very short and all end up connecting to those slow flat green trails. there is also no clear trail to get back to the trail head. the dirt jumps are good.

We ride this trail often. It's complicated but has amazing signage, and for being "flat" it's a fantastic workout. It has about 56 connected, numbered "segments", with many short climbs alternating with descents. It packs a lot of fun little tricks into a small area and is great practice. There are friendly bridges, berms, numerous log features to get over, and lots of fun flat corners too. It never gets super hard, but is a lot more fun than just walking trails, though there are some of those, too, if you get off route. Volunteers are very active working on the network, and are adding and improving features constantly.
