Super de beau sentier roulant pour la montée. 90 minutes de montée en escalier à vitesse réduite 5 à 8 km/h moyen
On monte par le lac Cold Spring (pour voir le lac, il faut prendre un petit embranchement au km 7 aller retour de 2km total) et à environ 10 km, vous allez apercevoir un Chalet sur votre gauche. Ensuite vous allez descendre deux côtes et en monter une autre petite de quelques mètres pour atteindre la Power Line. Tournez à Droite et montez (1 km appx) pour atteindre le sommet. Beau point de vue. La descente un peu plus technique va débuter.

Vous allez descendre dans la Power Line en empruntant des à côtés de celle-ci pour atteindre le chemin de terre de la Rivière St-Jean. tournez à droite pour le retour. Terminé les côtes. 132 à environ 8 km.
