Land Manager
Official multi-use bidirectional gravel trail. The trail is open year-round to bikes as well as equestrian and pedestrian traffic. Bikes are required by OSU to yield to all other users.
This trail is primarily a double track that leads from the bottom of Upper Horse to the top of Lower Horse along the edge of a recent harvest to the west. The double track has only been widened as a result of harvest operations. Additional spur lengths lead out to Road 610, with the spur near Upper Horse being much shorter and wider and the spur near Lower Horse being singletrack.
Due to its width and heavy-duty surface, this trail is pretty much impervious to anything and is almost always in good condition.
Access Info
You will most likely access this trail via Upper Horse, Lower Horse, or Road 610.
