MLR is a resurrected trail that was destroyed by logging in 2018. It loosely follows the old route as much as possible, skirting the new swampy spots..
This trail conveniently joins Phoenix with Slow Burn. Currently (2025) it's a bit rough, as it's mostly a rake and ride trail. It's tight and twisty, just like Phoenix and will require more brush trimming. It needs tires on it, so go ride it.
