This is a multi-use trail, so on weekends you might encounter OHVs. The trail is sandy/gravel for the first segment, then goes through nicely wooded areas, along a stream. There is a slight bit of uphill, but minimal. It's a fun, quick, easy ride but I would suggest at least a 2.6 or more tire due to the deep gravel and sand.

 Some fun puddles to swerve around and used a great alternate single track on NW side of loop to avoid some bigger puddles.

 Dry but very sandy. Not really all that fun when you have to get off or fight traction every few minutes.

      Despite the deep sand in places, this is a fun little trail with plenty of shade. It's my go to ride when it's too hot in the valley and I need a quick getaway. From the Safeway parking lot, I ride down Granite Dells and it's a nice little workout climbing the hill on the way back.

      Too sandy to enjoy. Ruts are also common. There are a few speedy sections that were fun, but it didn’t make up for all of the sand and gravel. Bike was hiked 1/2 the trail.

      I was not impressed with this trail for mtn biking.
      Sandy, Loose gravel, Ruts would make it somewhat difficult for beginners.
      For intermediates it's kinda boring.
