Moore Fun is a steppy, ledgy technical route. People I know polarize cleanly into those who love it or hate it; I'm in the former group. The route is most fun starting from the Mack Ridge side, but it's challenging and interesting in reverse as well.

Superb rock anti-flow...in the best way possible.

Serious technical riding chops required. Techy climbing at its very best!

Serious is not the word! Too much for me at 56. I call this trail "Less fun", but hey, that's one person's opinion.

The climbing is wonderfully difficult. Most sections have a decent rhythm where you can catch your breath between punches. IMO the north section has larger & tighter features, the south section has longer & sustained tech. If you’re a serious advanced rider who wants to test your balance more than your balls, this is a great trail in either direction or even as an out and back on its own.

Actually not too bad. We started from Mack Ridge and the climb up to the top was not too bad, just a few really tricky switchbacks. Once you are at the top the downhill is just really really fun. No stupidly hard technical features or anything, just good old, janky fun. Should be single black, IMO. The only Double Diamond thing about this is the climb from Mack Ridge gets your heart rate going for sure.
