Mueller is probably Bountiful's most popular hiking/biking/trail running/equestrian trail. During the summer this trail sees a lot of traffic. If you're into early morning or nighttime rides there's a good chance you won't see many people but any given Saturday or weekday afternoon there will be a lot of folks on the trail. The ride is pretty much hardpack with a few rocky/root sections. Watch out on the bridges because they can be slick. Also, watch your speed on the way down especially on corners. Mind your trail manners and help keep Mueller fun and safe for all outdoor enthusiasts.
Most people ride to Elephant Rock (labeled "Big Rock" on the map) and few venture beyond it. This being said, if you want to ride all the way to Rudy's Flat you're in for a bit more of a secluded ride. Once you're at Rudy's you have the choice to go back down Mueller or tackle North Canyon. North Canyon has even less people on it on a regular basis.
It is recommended that riders descend via the North Canyon, Perrigrine, BST, or 304/305 trails.
