North Table Loop is a fantastic trail. While it is often used by mountain bikers, the trail is multi-use and bi-directional.

Best ridden counter clockwise, this trail will offer a smooth, fast and flowy beginning that quickly becomes more technical. Often combined with the Cottonwood Canyon climb to access the top of North Table Mountain. The section of trail after Cottonwood Canyon is considerably more tame.

Keeping your speed up can make some of the technical parts a little more fun (lots of rocks to jump off, for example) but it is worthwhile to take it slowly the first time you ride the trail since there is some exposure just after the beginning of the trail.

This trail drains well after rain, but please do not ride when muddy
