The Oak Cave singletrack immerses users in a natural woodland portion towards the west side of Boyson Park. This trail design is a “tour de trees” of sorts as it brings park users into intimate proximity of the numerous heritage trees contained within this parcel. The woodland canopy and gentle slopes make this an ideal environment for a pleasant stroll or bike ride with a feel that is off the beaten path, even in the middle of a metro area. There are two access points to the loop, one just south of the bike / pedestrian bridge over Dry Creek, the other near the Parkview Drive neighborhood entrance / exit.
