Outhouse Loop is an intermediate trail 2 miles long. It is usually ridden as 'Outhouse Left' and 'Outhouse Right' from the top of the trail. It is recommended that bikers ride up FSR 192 to access the trail as downhill traffic moves fast. Very fun flow trail.

'Outhouse Left' is closed until June 26th for wildlife closure. Outhouse left is the western most half of the loop from FSR 192 to Gladiator Loop.

Like all of the singletrack trails at Galena, the Outhouse Loop Trail is open to two-way traffic and shared use by hikers, horseback riders, runners, and bicyclists. Watch for and yield to others - on this and all trails. All Galena singletrack trails are closed to E-Bikes.

Access Info

Access from FSR 192, Gladiator Loop, and Psycho Ridge.

Disclaimer

The USFS has implemented the Big Wood Travel Plan which includes decommissioning many old mining roads in the area.
