Could be a great trail with some maintenance. Parts a overgrown which makes it difficult to follow trail with any speed. Narrow sections seem like they were made for bikes from the 2000 era. Many bar hits with 780 mm bars. Technical climbs with roots and off camber sections, tight twisty turns difficult with a 29er, better suited for a 27.5.
