      Maybe it was the time of year but I didn't find the sand all that bad. On the uphill route, lower section a little more sandy but the upper section was pretty hard packed.

      Trail would suck running up hill... way too sandy. Only if your are a glutton...

      This trail is so sandy I saw two wild horses stuck! JK but it’s more of a sand wash than a bike trail. It connects to Maricopa Trail which runs either up to Pass Mtn or down to the Bull Dog Canyon. Great cheater toute to get to the twisty down hill section leading to the Bull Dog parking lot.
