Fun trail. If you travel from Copperhead to White Oak it is a brutally steep section getting up there, better to go down as indicated, but going up is rideable with brute strength and some skill, otherwise most will be walking a short section.
The rest of the trail is pretty flat, even though it is on a mountain, and follows the contour lines for a flat ride.
