The bottom of this legacy trail was re-routed fall 2026 to provide a more accessible climbing trail from the bottom of Riptide. Trail starts to the right immediately after Lower Riptide, and is intended to be primarily an uphill trail for bikers, and two-way for pedestrians. Goes through a gorgeous stand of old-growth trees with a killer view of riders coming down Lower Riptide below you.
