Not muddy at all, aside from a single 18 inch square. Eroded around roots and in steep spots, but otherwise not bad considering increased usage.

Brush cut and raked to perfection. Wide open and fast again. Dirt is dreamy from the recent rain. Thanks to Andy from Kona for clearing and Ryan...

This is most certainly not a blue trail. It is extremely steep and challenging and it was too dusty to ride.

I agree completely. The bottom half is unrideable and definitely a black trail.

       I concur. Almost unrideable.

I would call this a black diamond, double if you do the rock drop

Super fun trial. Not a black by any means, but will challenge your average rider. Rebuilt rock roll is on point

Great trail but concur with those who say it's not a blue. Having taken "blue trail" friends down it, they had a great time at the top but had to walk substantial parts of the steeper, dustier lower sections.

If Atomic Dog is a blue then this trail is a black. It's noticeably steeper and looser. A good time though!

Definitely Black Diamond on the lower section, it's steep leading up to the massive rock roll... If massive rock rolls aren't your thing the ride arounds are manageable (although steep). Worth checking out at least once

Nuff debate over the rating, can’t we all agree this trail’s dope? Short but packed with lil doubles, berms, a couple gaps, brief moments of loose steep, tight flora and the boulder. Red hot blues with medium salsa babyee!

If you ride black trails this ones for you, has a couple cool jumps and then has an optional rock roll. LOVED IT

Agreed it should be rated black, unless you want more unsuspecting people like me dangerously walking down those skinny, steep jumps and drops

The complaints to this trail have me wondering how many should stick to out-and-backs on Dog Patch. #modulate #learnthebasics #notblack

I was a huge fan - far and away my favorite lower trail on the south side. Flowy and natural top section gives way to a sustained, steeper and totally sick middle (with the famed rock roll - this is where many folks are getting scared off) and a couple badass booters take you to the bottom. No mandatory tech and I think blue is a fair call. If you like it steep and spicy, go tear this up and forget about A Dog Wink
