This route is a difficult one, it has the hardest section towards the end not to mention multiple climbs.

Very fun little descent, when I have the energy I climb from the lake and take this up to mount evergreen east, go to the summit and work myself around the west trail to this, then to dedisse. It’s an incredibly difficult climb all the way from the lake but the descent is the best non-lift serviced route in the front range.

Lots of rocks and switchbacks. I’ve only ridden this uphill, and I would say that it’s pretty tough for a blue going up. I imagine it would not be very hard downhill, and probably a lot of fun.
