This is a deep sandy wash. It is rideable after a rain, but it's still work. Fatbike recommended.

Crazy hoofed out hell sand. It was rideable on my Canyon Dude fat bike, but I gave up after riding from Dixileta to Rock Tank trail.

I made the mistake of thinking this was a good addition to my ride by linking Axel to Hawks BUT it’s not…… way too many sand traps and poorly maintained
Avoid this trail unless you like riding in sand

Hard to ride even on a fat bike. Sand is all hoofed up, so it's difficult to get any momentum rolling.

It's a wash, not very fun to ride (walk) through unless you have a fat bike or you like getting sand in your shoes.

We hope you've been enjoying Trailforks!
