Loop 12 spices the field skirting with a bit of low land tree cover, roots, and a cabled bridge over dookied water. There are a few swampy spots adjacent to the trail, which can make for voracious mosquitoes. Just don't stop pedaling and you'll be in the clear (until the next mosquito-riddled area). The grassy climb behind the houses leads to a swooping "S" turn before sending you back to the field.
