A technically challenging trail climbing up over exposed bedrock and through relatively open pine & silver birch woodland. Short steep climbs and descents are common, much similar in character to Reflexen 2. Orange reflex markers can occasionally be seen heading eastbound. Westbound there are a few silver reflex markers.
