One of the really excellent trails in the region. Full of varied terrain through meadows at the beginning, then forest with numerous switchbacks, a few technical spots, and a short exposed section towards the end. Fairly difficult, but nothing extreme. A few hikers at times.
Rde the forest road up from the Oswaldhütte to the end. The very beginning of the trail over alpine meadows is a bit difficult to follow at first. When the trail veers left into the woods it becomes very distinct and the real fun begins.
This trail is unsanctioned.
