Siesta is the twistiest trail in the area. It snakes back and forth through tall pines without a whole lot of up or down other than a couple hills. It’s a soft dirt surface with a nice amount of grip for a knobby tire most of the time. Watch for pine cones which can tend to roll out under you in the corners. Despite being relatively flat, there’s a pretty good flow on this trail. Try it both ways to see which is your favorite.
