Norsk (English below):

English:
Skurfen – a family-friendly flow trail for all riders
Skurfen is a newly built, playful flow trail about 1 km long, easily accessed as a detour from the Ustedalsfjorden loop. It’s a perfect trail for both kids and adults to enjoy smooth rollers and berms in a safe and fun environment.

The name Skurfen comes from local history – a skurfer was someone who searched for iron ore, and the trail runs through an area rich in cultural heritage from early iron production.

The trail is designed to drain well and stay fun to ride even after rain. It’s safe, not slippery, and enjoyable for beginners as well as more experienced riders who want to play with speed and flow.

Note: Please avoid riding the trail too early after snowmelt – the ground is still soft and easily damaged.

Access:
Located on the eastern side of the Ustedalsfjorden loop, with easy trail connection.
