Not sure if this should be on here. There were three downed trees within about 0.1 miles and the trail is cut off from Dillard Street to a blackberry patch with a giant fence covered in "no trespassing" signs. People have made a trail around the fence (it literally doesn't extend farther than the trail) but it still feels sketchy.

There were a few overgrown sections in the middle of this trail and private property signs near Dillard Rd. I would avoid this and just stay on the Ridgeline trails.
