Officially a continuation of the Silverleads Ridge Trail #134. This old CCC trail is short but offers a great way to finish Wagonhammer loops if started from the Sheep Creek side.

The trail has several shallow creek crossings to be aware of. Recent work by the USFS, MtnBike volunteers and a Salmon HS student have much of the upper tread renewed and the lower trail brushed back.

What Stein Gulch lacks in its length, it makes up for in its wild rowdiness.
