Partendo da San Romolo dovrete pedalare 15/20 minuti in direzione della galleria di Perinaldo, di solito consigliamo di prendere il percorso della fattoria degli animali che evita un tratto di asfalto. Una volta usciti nuovamente sulla strada asfaltata, continuate a proseguire in direzione della galleria ad un certo punto troverete sulla vostra sinistra la pista tagliafuoco usata come collegamento al sentiero delle Creste, proseguite sull'asfalto ancora 30 metri e vedrete un sentiero che parte sulla vostra destra sotto strada, imboccatelo e proseguite scendete per circa 50 metri siete arrivati all'imbocco di Surì. Fate attenzione l'imbocco del sentiero si trova effettuando una deviazione a gomito sulla sinistra, non molto visibile se si scende a velocità sostenuta. Il sentiero parte in pianura per poi iniziare a scendere con una lieve pendenza in costa, al termine di questa sezione il percorso cambia diventando un pò più tecnico ma mantenendo un buon flow. Dopo una serie di curve convergerete sul sentiero della Cisterna, dopo poco attraverserete un torrente grazie ad ponticello di legno per poi proseguire per un breve tratto in salita fino ad arrivare all'ultima sezione più pietrosa ma non troppo tecnica che vi porterà sulla strada provinciale SP 56. Vi trovate a 500 metri dal prato di San Romolo.
