A trilha do Telefone é chamada assim pois é acessada pela Servidão do Telefone. É uma trilha com o grau de inclinação acentuada, normalmente utilizada pelos ciclistas da modalidade downhill. Trilha histórica utilizada há várias décadas por pescadores a pé e moradores da região que utilizavam a via para transporte à cavalo.

O acesso é realizado pela estrada Cristóvão Machado de Campos que liga a Vargem Grande ao Rio Vermelho e sobe à direita na servidão do Telefone (oficialmente Caminho de Acesso à Antiga Torre da TELESC).

      Atualmente a trilha foi reaberta para passagem de ciclistas.

      Ótima trilha, porém está fechada no final quando se chega a uma propriedade privada. Tá difícil de sair dessa propriedade, construíram um baita muro de tijolos com um portão de ferro cadeado. Apesar de ser uma ótima trilha, não recomendo.
