Trail is short but great for either biking or walking. There are both gravel and paved portions, but as noted in several comments, the paved portion is uneven due to tree roots. Take the ferry from Vancouver to Swartz Bay (https://vancouvervictoriaferryschedule.com/), and then it is just a short drive on BC-2/17 to the trailhead.
