Caught between Outer Limits Loop and Inner Peace Loop, Twilight Zone is another of Tech's three concentric smooth bermed and rollered loops on its biggest hill. Twilight Zone leaves Outer Limits and begins a moderate descent. As the descent picks up, it moves through a series of bermed turns before winding through a mostly flat zone. It then crosses the ski trail and perches high above Sandstone Creek, where it resumes its descent full force. Again lots of speed and exposure. Not many rollers, but a few bermed turns, including a big 90 degree turn at the bottom forcing the course parallel to Peepsock Creek.
Here Twilight climbs and sweeps along the hillside for some way before leaving this creek and beginning its climb back to the top along Center Creek. After rolling up a ways along Center, it crosses the ski trail, drops steeply to the right and begins the big climb through rollered and bermed terrain back to the flatter terrain at the top. It meanders through a little flat stuff at the very top, kisses Outer Limits, and then returns to its point of origin.
