Open farm trail, reasonable surface and not too steep but fast descent. Toward the bottom there is a right-hander immediately following a long descending straight where you will often find evidence of people missing the turn, looks like it catches a few people out.
This trail (and Sweetacres below it) are vastly inferior to the excellent Bull Run. Unless you struggle on hard-ish blues this is not the best way down.
