Start at Carol's Trailhead on Sun Valley Road across from the Sun Valley Lodge. This short loop is best used clockwise for a quick mountain bike ride or beginner hike. This trail has the best 360 degree views of the valley, Bald Mountain, the Boulders and the Pioneer Mountains.

The muddy spots were really really horrible, but short. The majority of the trail was fairly dry.

Nice and dry for the majority. Some small muddy patches where it crosses the drainage, but overall awesome.
