If you want to get over Swan Mountain in the least fun possible way, then Vomit is the trail for you. Ridden east to west it's rideable (with very good fitness) to the top, then a rutted doubletrack nightmare descending. Ridden west to east it's quite a bit of hike a bike and then a mediocre (but at least singletrack) descent as a reward. Taking Hay/Blair Witch/CO trail is a much better option if you need to go this direction.

Incredibly loose trail. Steep and it being loose makes it pretty hard to control speed. Also it's heavily rutted by rain runoff so you could get front wheel washout if you let your bike to get in the rut.
