Really overgrown, ruts getting deep. The sandy wash below the rocks is very loose.

Tall grass obscuring the trail. Deep ruts in places makes it more hazardous than it should be.

      Very narrow trail and caution is required on the rocky outcrop about midway down.
      As others have pointed out, best ridden early in the summer before the long grass obscures the lower section of the trail (I suffered an ankle sprain during a run a couple of years ago... couldn't actually see the narrow trail due to the long grass).
      Also, as others have mentioned this should be classified as a "Nose Hill" black diamond.

      Really good trail. One of the most interesting descents at Nose Hill. Should also be a "Nose Hill black" graded trail to fit the other revisions that have been made.

      Then open er up while it's not too grown in.
