moto Puddles in some shady spots but otherwise riding great. USFS crew cleaned up and cut back remaking trees that were not cleared wide enough and cut out some nasty leaners. Idealview

Thanks to whoever cleared out a bunch of recently downed trees both at the base of wheeler and closer to the top! There are a few more trees down farther up, but nothing that can’t be traversed on foot. Otherwise riding great. Idealview

Stone Creek only minimal mud from rain the night before. Brackett Creek side of the ride is very muddy and torn up by dirt bikes, but totally rideable. A lot of work was done on downed trees - we had no obstructions from downed trees. Variableview

no downed trees. dry for 3.5 miles, and then you start getting into snow. I turned around at the bottom of those final switchbacks before you get into the basin. Snow Coveredview

Around mile 12, coming from the Stone Creek trailhead there are many downed trees. Probable 1/2 - 3/4 miles of the trail are impacted. It was possible to navigate through the downed trees, but it was slow going. Thank you to the people who have been working to clear these trees from the trail (they were too big and too many for my small pack saw). Variableview
