SaveLots of great single track in the area, but not for the faint of heart or faint of lung. Average elevation around town is 7400 ft above sea level, so the air is thin. Most trails are rocky and technical. Not a lot of sustained fast and flowy stuff and not a lot of flat ground. If you are into technical riding and have a high degree of fitness this is an incredibly fun area to ride, but if you're a beginner or not in the best physical shape there are only a handful of trails suitable for you.
