If you want to skip riding fun trails and waste a few hundred feet of elevation rolling down this old section of the pipeline route, have at it. It's a short section of very steep exposed rock that takes the fall line to a water tank above the Quemazon subdivision.
As a climb, it is probably unrideable (perhaps on an Ebike). As a descent it's an easy black - everything is rollable and it could be ridden on a hardtail or XC bike with no particular difficulty.
If you like to ride actual fun trails, pass this one by and continue south a few hundred feet to ride Pipedream or Rim Shot/Technical Perimeter which are excellent.
