Following this border for 35 miles is the Divide #106 Trail, also known as the Stateline Trail.
There are several great backcountry rides coupling the Divide #106 Trail with big, burly descents back down to reality:
Divide (Twin Creek) to Twin Creek for one;
Butcherknife Ridge to Hughes Creek (Lower) is another;
Butcherknife Ridge to Ditch Creek via Allan Lake is a favorite of the Fall Larch fandom.
