Description:
Recent rain and wind storm made the trail nice and tacky with a covering of fir needles. Some the roots, rocks and technical log bridges were still a little slippery, but another day of warm temperatures will dry them out.
One down tree (small, but it was wedged tightly between trees so we couldn’t move. A good folding trail saw would take care it) at mile 6-7 for Curly Creek TH.
The underbrush is getting thick, especially between mile 2-9.
The mile 1 reroute, and some of hillside trails have been improved since 2023. Thanks
