This is a busy popular hiking/running trail. Trail is very narrow with no spots to yield to hikers. There are far better trails at Phil's. Please be considerate and not ride this trail.

Trail Ben's Trail
Nice easy climbing trail. I would disagree with a previous poster, that this has no identity. It's a perfect place if you are a novice mtn biker (like my wife). Yes, you can find way more rowdy areas but this place fits a perfect niche in Bend mtb.

Fun trail, did not quite live up to the hype, no lips on most of the jumps so you need a fare bit of speed to make alot of them. This sort of dirt probably needs regular trail maintenance to keep it from getting blown out

As mentioned by racers, still lots of down trees. Trail consists of a lot of loose sand sections, seemed much more suitable for horseback rides than mountain biking

Pretty lame section of trails…no real uphill or downhill identity… I would opt for Tumalo Falls or other local trails over the Phil’s area trails

The last section of the Mrazek trail is quite technical and offers multiple steep, rocky sections to crash on. Other than that, it is probably the most interesting and difficult section of the Mrazek trail.

Decent trail with some fun wooden features and tight, rocky tech. I would not recommend it over most of the trails in the area due to the cheese-grater rock that will give you and your bike a hard time if you fall on it.

Probably one of the best trails in the Bend area. It is filled to the brim with large tables and doubles and even has some fun tech sections.

Can only rode half of it. Snow pockets all over the place. Could not connect to anything and had to turn around. This trail is full of pinecones and is at very best a xc trail. There is no flow what so ever. If you like just a simple ride through the woods this is perfect for you.

It sure how this trail get a blue rating. It is just a xc trail at best. Perfect for a hard tail and spandex hahah. Where I’m from blue trail ratings mean something different I guess.

Both sides of this loop have significant drops, and relatively tight switchbacks. 2-3 of each, and some steeper climbs with occasional obstacles. Otherwise it’s pretty easy cruising. For families or novice riders, these short sections may have to be walked. Also, I’d recommend riding in the counter-clockwise direction, most of the drops ride well this way.

What an awesome trail. Rode it heading south from North Fork to get to Flagline. A bit of a stiff climb in places, but not terrible, and it felt like it would ride best this direction. Beautiful, old forest. Highly recommended.

This trail is more of a dark-blue than a black, IMO. Fun trail. Almost cleaned it the first time, but had to dab on a sharp corner. I’m an intermediate rider that dabbles on black trails, and really enjoyed this trail. Will ride it again tomorrow.

The section after it intersects marvins garden is fast and flowy and fun. Otherwise this is more a Xc trail and I think could be a green for the most part

Trail Mrazek
Rode on the GG with an entry level rider and another proficient mountain biker (also on gravel bike). This is about as far away from a blue as you can get, but an absolute BLAST on a drop bar bike. I'll be coming back to Phil's just for that trail laps. Granted I'm bias because of Tiger, Galbraith, and all my Washington trails but great trail for a long & mellow roll down or climb up.

Regarding mountain bikes, the green designation is not accurate for this loop. The west side of this loop is along a very steep dropoff and is most definitely not green or suitable for kids on bikes.
The east side of this loop, however, is tons of fun with kids and is at ground level. You can make a loop using the other trails at that level as well.

This trail has been destroyed by logging activity. Very sad to see. About 2.5 miles in from Edison Butte, logging activity has completely overrun the trail and it has disappeared.

Trail is in great condition, super tacky right now. However keep in mind this is really a XC trail. While fun in spots it’s a VERY pedal heavy descent. Definitely not a ripping fast trail to ride down.

Don’t ride up this unless you want to cause a serious crash to yourself and others. It’s a high speed flow trail where uphill riders cause serious danger to all parties.

There now is a one way system in the fast most dangerous area to separate up and down. The uphill is a strong climb on a good tight trail.

The Metolius Windigo is designated a Pack & Saddle Stock trail. Horse and foot travel are the intended uses. Bicyclists are allowed, though we prefer them to use the Timber trail as an alternate to reduce trail conflicts.
