Singletrack from Lava Lake to Edison Ice Cave snow park. This piece of trail can be ridden as an out and back from either direction, or included in a 'Ride Around Bachelor' route. It is also a customary part of the High Cascades 100 course, and was featured in the 'epic' day of Bend's Big Fat Tour. If coming from Lava Lake, the climb is steeper, and the descent toward Edison is longer and has more (but not a lot) of flow. The Edison side is used by motos so is more dusty and torn up. The entire trail has many spots where the lava rock can cause ripped sidewalls or skin.

6/22/2019...fun trail but beware roughly ~2.5 miles of the trail is shared with moto and is really blown out.
