This access to the regional trail is not in CRD lands, it runs through private property and the trail are not maintained. Access to and from the regional trail is best from Robb Place.

Trail Millhouse
“Trail closed permanently due to construction” - and there’s a fence. This trail is no longer passable

Trail Bubble Wrap
I have to disagree with the last review. This is a great trail. Sure, it starts with a lot of traversing and a handful of very tricky uphill bits, but it's worth it for the views and the downhill payoff. The last half of the trail is a sustained, fun and pretty technical downhill.

Not every trail needs to be a flowy sea of golden dirt. It's not about "modern trail standards", just sounds like personal preference to me.

Trail Northridge
Upper Northridge trail there is a cedar tree very low to the ground, it hangs over the trail. if you are looking down at the trail and have a helmet on with visor, you can miss this and do a proper head injury to yourself.
I would say it is about 6 feet above the trail.

RIP last section of Millhouse. A road has been put in on the last portion of Millhouse (on the Millstream road side).

Rode here by mistake. Trail is dry, thick gravel, plenty of tree debris and likely to get a puncture. Don’t do it.

Trail Bubble Wrap
Happy New Year! Had a great ride on Bubble Wrap today, trail is mostly clear still a bit of snow at top but very ride-able. Cleared a lot of Arbutus branches but there is a large tree down across the trail towards the end.

When going north, after you pass electric avenue look left off into the forest and you'll see an old dirt jump pack! They're completely unrideable now cause it looks like they haven't been used in ages

Don't access this trail from the south end (Lakeridge Place Road). There are plenty of large trees down across the trail and it's not suitable for riding. Best to access the area from Robb Place when coming from the south.

Trail Millhouse
I think the trail name of "Millhouse" that this trail show as on Open Source Maps is more witty than "Speedway Connector", but it's a nice little trail all the same.
