All trails in the Eagleton Mine Camp Trail system have Red blaze marks on trees. If you get lost or turned around look for blaze marks.
Start from Eastern parking area trail head. Take Gobbler's Knob to the intersection with Eagleton RR grade.
Turn left onto Eagleton RR Grade and take it back across Eagleton Road and the power line cut to Eagleton Railroad. Make the right onto Railroad and follow to Bootleg Path. Depending on vegetation and leaf cover, the first climb at the start of Bootleg may require a hike-a-bike. Otherwise this is the only stressful climb in the loop. Bootleg will end at the Boiler Run camp trail, right next to camp and nice clearing with picnic table.
Climb up Boiler Run to Eagleton Road. Look out for the singletrack section near the top of Boiler Run that will take you to the Middle Parking area and Eagleton Run Trail (it's a dirt road). Cross Eagleton Road and take Eagleton Trail to the first road gate on your right. Go around the gate and after about 300yds STAY TO THE RIGHT OVER THE HUMP. The Gobbler's Knob trail head will be on your right about 200ft after the hump. Take Gobbler's Knob all the way back to the Eastern parking area.
