This is an excellent loop, that has a bit of everything. Starting off with some of the best climbing trails around, which get you almost too the top. Once at the radio tower you start the Maple Syrup trail, which starts off steep with some fun rock faces. The trail has lots of punchy climbing bits and changes between techy and flowy several times. Then you continue down the mountain on Solar Coaster which is a bit more XC with some climbs, but has some fast downhill sections.

This loop will take most groups between 2-3 hours.
