This is a single loop over quite hilly terrain with spectacular views of the Maluti Mountains. This is a mixed terrain route over gravel roads, single track, wooden bridges, flat rock. The course is 5000m (5K) long and is a trail route. Some sections of the course may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain. The route starts and ends in Market street.

Park & Run is a 3 mile moderately popular easy route located near Clarens. This trail running primary route can be used one direction and has a easy overall physical rating. This route includes 3 trails. This route climbs 398 ft with a max elevation of 6,205 ft then descends -400 ft.
