Dont feel like shuttling? Try this loop around Chyenne Mountain and Pikes Peak Trails. Its not quite 7000' of climing like Trailforks states, more like 6000'. Don't attempt unless you have the legs for this as some sections are very isolated.
Watch out for dirtbikes on Kineo Mtn and New Jones Park. Reccomend riding on a weekday as Barr trail can get quite busy during weekends.

Pikes Loop is a 28 mile moderately popular expert route located near Fort Carson Colorado. This mountain bike primary route can be used one direction and has a hard overall physical rating. This route includes 17 trails. This route climbs 5,609 ft with a max elevation of 10,263 ft then descends -5,577 ft.
