If you want to practice your technical skills, ride this trail.
North to South - A lot harder this way, you can descend at the beginning, but as soon as you get into the real trail, the rollers are difficult to climb. Newbies to this trail may want to hit the trail in the other direction (the intended direction).
South to North - More fun this way, you can hit most of the rollers easier but there is more (non technical) climbing at the end.
