This is the lowest section of Cat Scratch Fever, a short downhill trail starting from half way up Rick's Roost and ending at the top of Alpine Meadows. This last section is a very steep turney chute that can get quite louse when dry. If your not feeling up for it head left at the second road crossing near the bottom and ride around on the road

       Steep with nothing but anti-grip loose dust. Lock that rear break and slide your way down. Necessary to get to mandatory suicide, not a trail by itself.
