There was a horrible mud puddle before the turn into Old Catalyst, but it was pretty dry before that. I exited through Old Catalyst so no idea what the conditions are further on. Fairies have been out and built new bridges through the sections that had excessive water damage, AND built a new wooden bridge near the serious landslide area, which is now completely ridable. Aug 2, 2025 @ 12:34pm Aug 2, 2025 | mtb Nearing the end of Catalyst where orange fencing forced a steep downhill into a large mud pit due to construction fabric retaining water and mosquitoes, the fabric has been removed to allow water to pass and much of the overgrowth from underuse has ben cut back.
