The CC Divide runs along the top of the Wilkes and Dry Creek drainages between Crow Creek Summit and Gold Rush Trail. It is a great access point to shuttle the various trails that descend down to the creeks to the north, but shouldn't be ruled out as a great ride in its own right. It has a terrific mix of doubletrack, technical singletrack, and buffed out (not blown out) moto trail.
Shuttle access is available by driving to the top of Dry Creek Road and Crow Creek Road. You can also ride from the bottom.
Trail clearing in the Dry Creek area is a function of USFS maintenance budgets and MTB Missoula volunteers. Check with the Plains/Thompson Falls Ranger District or MTBM before you go - if this trail hasn't been cleared you're going to have a bad time.
Service Road Atlas is a free to use, community-driven service for viewing and creating reports on the numerous back-country service roads around B.C. and Alberta.
