Most ride this trail from north to south. I find it much more fun to start with the south end of Rockin A and hook up with Circle O to make one big cap rock ride. Just follow the line and you can't go wrong. Some good pitches and climbs make this a good challenge. Stop and get some picture of Arches National Park in the distance.
Easier to ride clockwise than counterclockwise, but it goes both ways. Ridden clockwise, the second half is more challenging than the first half, and there is a road halfway you can utilize to exit if you're exceeding your fun level. There is some line picking beyond the painted line needed to avoid off camber sections or adjust for the larger turning radius of a trike, but its all ridable in a sea of slickrock. If you line your rig up so you cross any drops perpendicular to the water / crack in gullies you'll do just fine. You might need a push or two if you don't get some momentum into the climbs after the drops. The exit from clockwise back to Bar M is maybe the most challenging feature to manage. That said - go have fun!
